Maria Joseph is a passionate technologist who retired after an extraordinary 27-year career at Microsoft, where she served as a director leading high-impact teams across Customer Service and Support organizations focused on Developer, Security, and Windows technologies.

Throughout her career, Maria played a key role in some of Microsoft’s most transformative moments, including the dot-com boom, the launch of Microsoft’s .NET support organization, and the development of global security and operational initiatives.

A lifelong innovator, Maria has continued to deepen her expertise in Artificial Intelligence, earning Microsoft Team Hackathon awards for AI projects in both 2024 and 2025. She is also recognized for her leadership in diversity and community initiatives, including Asians at Microsoft and Women at Microsoft Texas.

Maria’s career journey is a powerful example of reinvention, adaptability, and embracing emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
