Join us at The Rackhouse for an intimate and educational whiskey tasting featuring Hooten Young, founded by retired Special Ops veteran Norm Hooten. Guests will enjoy a curated flight of four whiskeys, thoughtfully selected to showcase distinct flavor profiles and production styles. Representatives from Hooten Young will guide attendees through the fundamentals of whiskey tasting, including how to identify notes, understand distillation basics, and appreciate what makes a great pour.

This relaxed, high-quality experience is perfect for both whiskey enthusiasts and newcomers.

ABOUT NORM HOOTEN:

•Hooten Young co-founded by Norm Hooten, US Army Master Sergeant; Special Operations – retired

•After enlisting in the Army in 1980 and serving with Special Operations, he retired as a master sergeant in 2001.

•Norm worked as a pharmacist with the Department of Veterans Affairs as a way to “help the kinds of people I had worked with in the military for over 20 years,” after retiring from the US Army.
