About Us

Tande Thai is a contemporary Thai dining destination located in the “Grotto” lower level of Grandscape in The Colony, TX. Founded and led by Chef Paul Imjard - a native of Thailand who trained at Le Cordon Bleu - the restaurant blends authentic family recipes with elevated culinary techniques. Drawing inspiration from his upbringing and his time reconnecting with Thailand and Bangkok’s food scene, Chef Paul emphasizes scratch-made dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients sourced directly from Thailand.

Guided by the traditional Thai blessing “Eat well, live well,” the restaurant aims to nourish both body and soul through thoughtfully crafted plates and a welcoming, resort-inspired atmosphere. Guests experience warm Thai hospitality amidst chic décor, complemented by attentive service and a full cocktail lounge with creative drinks and a robust wine list.

Signature Cuisine:
The menu offers bold, balanced dishes like drunken beef noodles (Angus steak, wide rice noodles, basil, garlic), yellow curry chicken, and the standout Panang beef short rib (braised Angus with scratch-made curry and seasonal vegetables). Appetizers such as Tande wraps, papaya salad, curry queso, and chicken wings complement favorites like Pad Thai and green curry fried rice.
