Theatre
Theatre at The Colony strives to create happiness by training our students to provide the finest in entertainment for people of all ages within our community. In UIL One-Act Play competition, we were named state champions in 2015 and 2017 and state first runner-up in 2016 and 2022. In UIL Theatrical Design, we have multiple state finalists and state champion in the 2014 Theatrical Marketing Design and the 2017 Costume Design contests. We were named the top Texas 5A theatre school in 2017 and first runner up top theatre school in 2022. In addition to the UIL One-Act play, each year Theatre at The Colony produces two major musicals as well as Christmas Comes to The Colony, celebrating everything we love about Christmas.
